Jr. Engineer

Exp: 2 years

Education: Diploma- Mechanical

· Provide hands-on management and Engineering supervision of production floor personnel, in required areas or for a certain production process.

· Designing, studying and analysing mechanical systems and components as per requirements.

· Verify drawings and specifications of products as the manufacturing guidelines before implementing the manufacturing process on the shop floor

· Ensure fabrication targets are met at the fundamental operational level.

· Monitor and appraise work by individual employees on a regular basis

· Contributing to simulations and tests to evaluate the performance and efficiency of components.

· Preparing project reports for Senior Engineers and making documentation work.

· Prepare report of precise calculations before any hands-on mechanical work begins.

· Re-engineer products when problems are found and recalculate to return products to full functionality.

· Project planning of daily production floor tasks which aligns with the organizational weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

· Support senior engineers in implementing new technologies and materials to improve designs.

Participating in meetings with internal customers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand their needs as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹55,843.02 per month
