Job Description

As a Product Development Manager - Diagnostics, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our diagnostics product roadmap. This involves defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with our SuperApp vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diagnostics workflows and digital order flows, as well as experience in product management within the healthtech industry. They will be able to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and driving the diagnostics roadmap aligned with the SuperApp vision.
  • Converting operational needs into scalable digital workflows across booking, logistics, and reporting.
  • Prioritizing product features based on feasibility, value, and stakeholder alignment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with lab systems (LIMS), scheduling tools, and logistics platforms.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and user outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in product management; diagnostics or healthtech experience preferred.
  • Exposure to LIMS or diagnostic service delivery platforms is a strong plus.
  • Preferred prior experience with tech-vendor driven development.
