Job Title: Project Construction Supervisor

Overview:

A project construction supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. They work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor on-site work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
