At Kshema, we are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriting Strategist to lead our underwriting team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general insurance and excellent analytical skills.
The Senior Underwriting Strategist will be responsible for setting up the underwriting process, developing underwriting guidelines, and building procedures and manuals. They will also be involved in budget planning, team building, and digitalization of the underwriting process.
We require the candidate to have a good understanding of general insurance principles and practices. A bachelor's degree is essential, and relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Requirements- Any Graduate
- Good experience in General Insurance
Estimated salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (dependent on location and experience)
