  • Key Responsibilities

    • Leads front-end development efforts on complex projects, ensuring scalability and performance.
    • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand design requirements and estimate project timelines.
    • Provides guidance and mentorship through code reviews and architectural oversight.
    • Works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated user experiences.
  • People & Team Management
    • Directly manages a team of engineers, conducting regular check-ins and growth conversations.
    • Contributes to hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate evaluation.
    • Emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in team building and daily operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of front-end engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Redux.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale production applications.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and collaboration.
