Backend Technical Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Technical Leader to join our product engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot). You will also drive technical decisions for cloud architecture and real-time components on GCP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend systems, scalable architectures, and frontend development. They should be hands-on with experience in building and optimizing robust data models and APIs using PostgreSQL and Redis. Experience with ReactJS for frontend/dashboard needs is also desired.

In this role, you will collaborate with design and product teams to deliver smooth user experiences. You will work closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to ship user-impacting features and mentor team members while owning critical technical decisions.

Required skills include 5+ years of software engineering experience, with Full Stack focus (Java + ReactJS), strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs, and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solid production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java (Spring Boot)

Requirements:
