Job Summary:

The Role of a Cloud Security Expert is to develop secure cloud-based solutions, leveraging 5+ years of experience in software and/or cloud platform engineering, particularly focused on GCP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement controls across the security assurance lifecycle (prevent, detect, respond, remediate) and configure Public Cloud native security tooling with a focus on Google Cloud Organizational policies/constraints.
  • Develop expertise in Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) using 3rd Party tools such as Wiz, Prisma, Check Point CloudGuard.
  • Configure event-driven serverless-based security controls in Azure, AWS Lambda, and Google Cloud Functions.
  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Develop logging and data pipeline concepts and architectures in cloud.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python or Bash or Go.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with risk control frameworks and engage with risk and regulatory functions.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of DevOps processes and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Practical experience in designing and configuring Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial industry.
