Our organization seeks a diligent and meticulous individual for the position of Senior Institutional Operations Manager.

  • Develop an exhaustive understanding of Institutional broking operations across all segments, encompassing every aspect from trade initiation to settlement.
  • Process trade files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to set standards.
  • Guarantee timely and error-free funds and securities settlement processing for DVP trades, thereby fostering seamless transactions.
  • Manage billing and contracting processes with utmost precision, maintaining cordial relationships with clients and partners.
  • Handle internal and external audits, as well as exchange inspections, demonstrating expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Streamline STP file processing, eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Effectively coordinate CTM processing and matching, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with front office teams for trade booking, while liaising with clients and custodians for confirmations, thus fostering open communication channels.
  • Oversee broker empanelment processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and maintenance of relationships.
  • Ensure accurate accounting entries, maintaining financial records in order.
  • Develop and circulate operational MIS reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, actively participating in UAT and implementation cycles to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and address process gaps, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Successfully onboard clients, ensuring seamless integration into our organizational ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should possess experience working with trading platforms, have knowledge of CLD/OTR/CP code files, and be familiar with DP operations and software applications like CLASS, COMTEK, DOLPHIN, TCS, and LD. Additionally, they should have expertise in STP trade confirmation processes and be proficient in various STP platforms.
