We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our corporate accounting and compliance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reports, ensuring strict compliance with statutory requirements, and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall robustness of the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of Company-level trial balance, Consolidated and standalone financials, and ensure timely delivery to the CFO/Finance Controller.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Review and ensure adherence to relevant statutes and regulatory requirements, including AGM-related requirements, and effectively manage audit processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Spearhead the corporate finance budget preparation process and implement effective monitoring and control mechanisms for corporate expenses through rigorous budgetary controls.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 7-12 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company, with a strong background in financial reporting and Corporate Accounts.
  • Skills: Proficient knowledge of Ind AS, MS-Office, and SAP; excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Personal Qualities: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 20-40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
