Job Title: Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our corporate finance team at Pittie Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, accounting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Handle responses to notices from tax authorities (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee tax planning and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other MIS reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for financial planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and streamline accounts payable processes, including vendor payments, utility payments, rent, etc.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes ensuring timely collections and accurate invoicing.
  • Monitor daily cash flows and ensure effective fund management for the company's operational needs.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and streamline day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and ensure budgetary control.
  • Participate in financial planning activities and contribute to long-term financial strategies.
  • Manage financial documentation related to import/export transactions.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective delegation and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Excel and other financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum
