Subscription Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of subscription lifecycle management. This role will be critical in designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Subscription Management.

The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of subscription processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.
  • Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription creation, amendment, renewal, and termination processes.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
