Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and at least one modern search database such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop and maintain document indexing and vector storage using tools like Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.
  • Integrate external data sources, knowledge bases, and APIs into generative AI solutions.
  • Build and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for context-aware conversational systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality performance of AI models with attention to latency, accuracy, and user experience.
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with at least 2 years in Generative AI or LLM-based development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in implementing RAG architectures and working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Solid experience with indexing, vector search, and at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Flask.
