We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant to manage the full lifecycle of SAP FSCM implementations, with a particular emphasis on Treasury solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead or play a significant role in at least one full end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation, from initial blueprinting and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP FSCM modules with a strong focus on Treasury (TRM), including areas like debt and investment management, cash and liquidity management, risk management, and foreign exchange.
- Collaborate extensively with clients to understand their financial processes, identify pain points, and translate complex business requirements into robust SAP FSCM solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure configured solutions align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, execute functional testing, and provide effective training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and proficiency.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements within the financial supply chain, driving efficiency and value for clients.
- 7+ years of experience as an SAP FSCM Consultant, with a demonstrated focus and strong experience in SAP Treasury (TRM).
- At least one full end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation project completed successfully.
- Deep expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FSCM modules, particularly in Treasury functionalities (e.g., Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Debt & Investment Management, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven client handling experience, including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and building strong rapport.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex business challenges into effective SAP solutions.
