Job Title: Treasury Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Relations team at the AVP/VP level. The role involves cultivating and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering bespoke treasury solutions, and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to comprehend their treasury requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Remain up-to-date on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Aquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Utilize technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:

  • An MBA or Graduate degree is required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
