Key Responsibilities:- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on complex legal issues related to mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Craft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of legal agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, limited liability partnership agreements, memorandum of understanding drafting, and partnership agreements.
- Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance and risk assessments to clients on numerous legal matters, encompassing corporate governance, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Due Diligence: Collaborate in conducting comprehensive due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Compliance & Regulatory Matters: Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations impacting the advisory industry. Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, financial regulations, and industry-specific rules.
