Our Enterprise Data Office (EDO) team is responsible for leading the development of a data-driven culture that encourages collaboration, enabling our employees to derive maximum value from our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing standards, guidelines, and processes used to maintain common, firm-wide data standards to protect our critical information assets.
  • Developing, maintaining, and implementing strategies that increase the consistency and confidence of data used for decision making, improving knowledge firm-wide.
  • Providing expertise, experience, and support in solving business problems by implementing practical data governance solutions using data governance tools and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent.
  • Typically 8-12 years of related work experience.
  • Work experience in the banking and financial services industry is preferred.
  • A good understanding of data privacy regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge on data classification, data catalog tools preferably Informatica EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog).
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge on managing Data Privacy tools.
