About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT services and products that meet luxury hotel expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Maintain, administer, and optimize computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, software, and all system configurations.
  • Network Security: Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware.
  • Performance Monitoring: Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and coordinate computer network access and usage.
IT Infrastructure Management:
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components. Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • System Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
Team Leadership:
  • Strategic Planning: Continuously monitor network performance and determine where adjustments are needed to enhance efficiency or functionality.
  • Talent Development: Lead the rejuvenation of the room experience, ensuring IT services and products remain relevant and consistent with luxury hotel standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of systems experience in an IT role, with a focus on luxury hotel operations.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Service Delivery: Ensure continuous operational efficiency and high standards of IT service delivery in alignment with luxury hotel industry standards.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with both internal departments and external vendors to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.
