Job Opportunity

This role involves playing a key part in the organization's financial stability and compliance. As an Operational Finance Analyst, you will ensure that all financial processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate revenue recognition for specified divisions by reviewing contracts and interpreting financial implications according to relevant accounting standards.
  2. Maintain compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and procedures to safeguard the organization's financial health.
  3. Analyze contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities to identify potential risks.
  4. Verify that contract terms align with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  5. Support client-initiated project audits and annual financial audits for the company.
  6. Develop and maintain operational project financial reports for use by project teams and division leaders.
  7. Joint Venture Accounting responsibilities include preparing financials, cost reports, and roll-forward documents.
  8. Develop and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports/presentations to business leaders/counterparts, focusing on short and long-term forecasting, and perform deep dives into business situations while making recommendations/observations.
  9. Execute tasks in support of month-end close and timely/accurate financial reporting.
  10. Prepare and enter journal entries and account reconciliations.
  11. Perform analysis on project-level financials and act as subject-matter expert of project financials.
  12. Support the worldwide monthly financial close by analyzing significant contracts and identifying their revenue results, preparing journal entries, reconciling revenue-related accounts, and preparing analytics and management reporting.
  13. Present financial data to business partners and contribute meaningfully to the conversation.
  14. Manage ad-hoc business requests.
