We are seeking a highly experienced supply chain project leader to drive the improvement of spare parts supply chain processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • To plan, execute, and deliver projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of spare parts supply chain operations.
  • To analyze data and performance metrics to inform process improvements, cost reductions, and resource optimization initiatives.
  • To provide expert guidance and support to spare parts supply teams as needed.
  • To collaborate in the implementation of new tools and technologies.
  • To assist in the development of a comprehensive spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes, including master data cleansing in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • To embody the company's core values of integrity, innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience leading supply chain improvement projects.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • High level of independence, motivation, and results orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in enterprise resource planning systems.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; business, foreign trade, finance, or supply chain majors are preferred.
