Job Title: Business Insights Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Business Insights Consultant to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define analytical approaches.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, outliers, and relationships in data.
  • Apply statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, clustering) to validate insights.
  • Build, test, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using Python and ML frameworks.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex findings clearly to business and technical teams.
  • Translate analytical outcomes into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib/seaborn).
  • Solid grounding in data analysis and statistical methods (descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong ability to translate data into insights and communicate them effectively.
  • Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with analytics projects and in-depth data analysis.
