We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Community and Events Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community.

The successful candidate will curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.

Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, promoting, and executing a series of engaging online events, including webinars, workshops, and virtual conferences.

A comprehensive social media strategy will be developed to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.

The ideal candidate will identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.

Liaising with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities and develop tailored Go-To-Market strategies.

Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement and reporting on community growth, engagement metrics, and event performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
