We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead transitions and project management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end transitions for global corporate clients across regions and businesses or handle projects for new process/technology implementation.
- Create transition/project plans and maintain complete documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.
- Provide transparency and visibility to senior leadership on the transition/project journey with risks/issues/challenges highlighted timely.
- Follow a proven methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
- Manage transition opportunities to create new roles and service offerings for global corporate clients.
- Take accountability for transitions/projects end-to-end and complete them in time and within set parameters.
- Graduation/post-graduation degree is mandatory.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations, program management, and change management.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
