Job Title: Healthcare Data Engineer - AI/ML Enablement

As a highly skilled Healthcare Data Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's mission to leverage advanced data preparation and management capabilities for AI-driven analytics and automation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in healthcare data engineering, including claims, EHR, and clinical datasets. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction, as well as knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and integrating data solutions to support automated workflows, bots, and AI Agents that span legacy platforms
  • Performing data cleaning to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values
  • Conducting data rationalization and normalization to align with healthcare data standards and structures

In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, compliant data pipelines for predictive analytics, risk stratification, fraud detection, and other use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
