Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors. They will also possess strong application design skills combined with expertise in data, integration, and security architecture.

  • Lead the development of cloud-based architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement secure and scalable cloud infrastructure to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience.
  • Strong application design skills combined with expertise in data, integration, and security architecture.
  • Expertise in one or more Industry Clouds, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio.
  • Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management / Integration Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, Apex Design Patterns, Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components).
