As a Senior Director of Platform Engineering, you will lead the platform engineering function and advanced resolution team. This role ensures reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while managing a high-performing team of leaders and senior engineers responsible for advanced troubleshooting and critical incident resolution.

This role is about defining and executing strategic vision for the platform engineering organization, building and scaling internal developer platforms and infrastructure components that accelerate development and improve reliability. It involves championing platform-as-a-product thinking to drive adoption and measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic vision for platform engineering organization
  • Building, scaling and managing internal developer platforms and infrastructure components
  • Championing platform-as-a-product thinking to drive adoption and business value

Additionally, this role involves overseeing design, development and support of CI/CD, container orchestration, observability, service mesh and cloud-native infrastructure. It also includes collaborating with application teams, SRE, security and DevOps to promote a consistent, automated and secure developer experience.

This role requires leading a specialized, cross-functional Advanced Resolution Team tasked with deep system troubleshooting, root cause analysis and recovery during high-severity incidents.
