Job Title: Australian Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in Panchkula, working on inbound calls from Australian customers. Our company provides vehicle insurance and car rental services, and we need someone with excellent communication skills to handle customer queries professionally.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance and car rental services
  • Providing accurate information and support related to different types of cars
  • Resolving customer queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and preparing reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous international calling experience
  • Inbound customer support experience
  • Basic knowledge of different types of cars (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric, sedan, SUV)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle Australian customers confidently and professionally
  • Laptop/desktop with a stable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability for 6 days a week work schedule
