Job Title: Cybersecurity Practice Director

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our practice, driving strategic growth and innovation in our security operations and services.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the MDR, CES, and MSSP lines of business, aligning with business goals and industry trends.
  • Cultivate service offerings, frameworks, and best practices to enhance security operations and service delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
  2. Lead incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations to mitigate cyber risks.
  3. Implement and optimize SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence solutions.
  4. Ensure adherence to security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading cybersecurity teams and developing strategic plans for growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and results across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, threat management, and technology innovations.
