Senior Cash Management Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to lead and manage the organization's short-term liquidity, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial position, including cash balances and bank reporting.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to prepare detailed cash flow forecasts, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring timely payment of obligations and maintaining positive relationships with banks and global counterparts.
- Oversee the reconciliation of transactions, ensure accurate recording of activities, and facilitate wire payments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to gather data for cash forecasting, banking transactions, and approvals, as well as contribute to process improvements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proven experience in managing treasury or cash management functions, with expertise in financial principles and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in software applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
