Space Design Consultant

Job Description:

Hiring for a Space Design Consultant role who will spearhead growth by guiding clients through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects.

Key Responsibilities include serving as primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs, connecting and closing new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors, cross-selling interiors services to existing real estate and coworking clients, building long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients, presenting tailored solutions, packages, and proposals that align with client budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales and possess strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities, solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients, and a problem-solving, client-first mindset.

Education: Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required. Experience level: 4–7 years in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
