Job Title: Mid-Level Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a mid-level interior designer. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual and creative thinking, with the ability to develop innovative interior design concepts for high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

About the Job:

  • Design interior spaces that reflect timeless elegance and modern functionality, while meeting the specific needs of each project.
  • Create comprehensive mood boards, material palettes, space plans, presentations, and design narratives to communicate your vision effectively.
  • Produce detailed working drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and GFC sets to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to oversee on-site execution and ensure design quality and intent are maintained.
  • Work closely with senior designers and project managers throughout the design and execution process to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise design implementation and make adjustments as needed to maintain design integrity.
  • Manage client presentations and revisions with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with materials, finishes, and global design trends relevant to the project.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in interior design principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and site coordination capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • AutoCAD - Mandatory.
  • Skill in SketchUp / Rhino for 3D modeling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentations and visuals.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape preferred for renders.
  • Revit added advantage.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in interior design a plus.
  • 2–6 years of professional experience in an interior design firm or architectural practice.
  • Experience in handling at least 2–3 complete interior design projects independently or in a key supporting role.
