Job Title: Cloud Data Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced data professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines on Azure.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data infrastructure, including data ingestion, processing, and storage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Ingestion: Design and implement efficient data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or other relevant tools.
  2. Data Processing: Develop and maintain scalable data processing workflows using Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, or other relevant technologies.
  3. Data Storage: Ensure the secure and efficient storage of data using Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage, or other relevant services.
  4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system uptime.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing data pipelines on Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Data Factory, Databricks, HDInsight, Blob Storage, and Data Lake Storage.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts
