Job Overview

The OpenText Content Server (OTCS) Support Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the OTCS environment within an organization.

  • Manage and maintain the OTCS environment, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and administer OpenText Content Server and related components.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to OTCS, logs, and integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, configurations, and security settings.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within OTCS to ensure compliance and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of OpenText Content Server architecture, functionality, and features. Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Content Server. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including log analysis.
  • Programming & Development: Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, XML, and XSLT. Experience with SQL for database interactions. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and use of GIT for version control.
  • Security & Compliance: Good understanding of security protocols and compliance standards. Ability to implement and manage security settings in OTCS. Experience managing user roles, permissions, and access control.
