Job Title

A seasoned Project Manager is sought after to oversee automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can lead, drive, and oversee automation testing activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing, particularly within the medical devices industry.

  • Lead test automation activities across projects in the medical devices' domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation.
  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Liaise between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.
  • Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and experience interpreting and applying them in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
