As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using various tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Script Development: Develop scalable test automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Behavior-Driven Development with Cucumber, Mocha/Jest) to automate functional and regression testing.
  • SQL and SOQL Query Writing: Write and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Collaboration and Testing: Collaborate with developers and QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria and coverage gaps; Perform functional, regression, cross-browser and data validation testing.
  • Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Report on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
