Automation Testing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing specialist to perform functional, regression and automation testing on Finacle applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banking Domain and Automation Testing with hands-on expertise in Finacle modules.

  • Perform automated testing of Finacle applications to ensure quality delivery.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers and other QA team members to achieve quality goals.
  • Execute test cases across Finacle modules and track defects using standard tools.
  • Provide support during UAT, SIT and production rollouts.
  • Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and drive efficiency in test execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle application testing.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking).
  • Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca / or equivalent tools).
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Finacle modules:
  • Loans Lifecycle / CMCP
  • CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
  • Customer Account Creation
  • Term Deposits
  • WMS (Wealth Management System)

This role requires a deep understanding of Finacle modules and automation testing principles. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective test strategies.
