AI Model Development Specialist

We're looking for a skilled AI model development specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining large language models (LLMs) using cutting-edge techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
