Job Title: AI Red Teaming Specialist

  • Crafting clever prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients is a key aspect of the role.
  • Collaboration with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads is crucial to produce high-quality work.
  • Data scientists rely on the candidate's assistance in conducting automated model attacks.
  • Adapting to dynamic project needs, navigating shifting guidelines, and keeping up with evolving LLM capabilities are essential skills.
  • Productivity targets include writing a specified number of prompts and maintaining an average handling time per prompt.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent English writing skills and strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
