Job Overview:

This is a challenging role for ambitious finance professionals who want to create business impact through finance excellence. We are looking for candidates with strong conceptual and analytical skills, who are high on energy, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data across various sectors and businesses within our organization.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) from May 2025 batch.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • High energy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about creating business impact through finance excellence.
  • Willingness to take on challenging roles across businesses and geographies.
  • 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation, without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining.
  • B. Com is not mandatory but preferred.
  • CPT(Foundation) to be cleared in 1st attempt.
  • All the 4 groups of Inter & Final Examination to be cleared in 1st attempt.
  • Articleship from Big 4 / Top Audit Firms and Rank Holders will be preferred.
  • Age should be below 26 years as on 31st October of the current year.
  • Candidates from May - 2025 Batch are eligible for applying.
