Primary Sales Driver

As a Primary Sales Driver at Baxter, you will be responsible for driving primary sales through product promotion in defined territories by meeting HCPs and para-medical staff. Coordinate with commercial/purchase authorities and channel partners to ensure supply and liquidation of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly account-wise planning and execution of secondary sales leading to primary sales for their territory/accounts
  • Weekly planning for coverage and calls
  • Monthly/quarterly sales forecast for defined territory

Requirements:

  • Drive adherence to SFE processes
  • Track product and service quality related complaints
  • Recommend, evaluate performance, and manage relationships with distributors & CFAs (Carry Forward Agents)
  • Ensure speedy and adequate availability of products in his/her accounts

Competencies:

  • Planning and prioritization

Financial Metrics:

  • Achievement of monthly secondary sales target revenue numbers

Qualification: Btech /B Pharm, MBA preferred.
