Job Title: Thermal Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled thermal engineer to join our team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with thermal product design.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Python and MATLAB for data processing and automation.
  • Proficient in heat transfer, SoC Design, and IC Packaging.
About the Role

This role involves developing detailed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and compact RC models for SoC and Package thermal analysis. You will also be responsible for placing temperature sensors and optimizing floor plans to ensure optimal thermal performance under Performance, Power, Area (PPA) and system design constraints.
