Thermal Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Thermal Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, analyzing, and optimizing HVAC systems for efficient thermal performance and compliance with industry standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for thermal cooling system design, heat load calculations, and component selection. They will analyze and balance HVAC cycles to optimize system performance, ensure proper distribution of heating and cooling across all zones, and troubleshoot and resolve imbalances in HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Select appropriate HVAC components based on heat load calculations and system requirements.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and commissioning to verify performance and compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor and adjust system settings as needed to achieve optimal performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HVAC design and engineering, with a focus on cycle balancing, heat load calculations, and component selection.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, creo ,CFD Energy Plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design reports, calculations, and specifications. Maintain records of component selections, system configurations, and performance data.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations related to HVAC systems. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in HVAC engineering.
