Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and expressing client needs, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring that all requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in understanding and expressing their needs through various business activities.
  • Collaborate with the digital factories to validate proposed solutions and ensure they meet DOTI requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, use cases, and technical requirements.
  • Provide project management assistance by creating functional briefs and drafting specifications documents.
  • Monitor and stay updated on regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
