Job Title

A Performance Marketing Executive is needed to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth for our brand.

  • This role is ideal for someone who loves data-driven marketing, has hands-on experience with running high-impact campaigns, and wants to be part of a fast-growing consumer brand.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our brand.

This role will involve driving key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing or up to 3 years of experience in a related field.

Candidates should also have analytical skills, comfort working with data and reports, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  2. Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  3. Analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies
  4. Track daily spends and campaign efficiency against KPIs
  5. Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies
  6. Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns
Requirements
  • Strong interest in digital marketing OR up to 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and numbers
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
