Directional Driller Specialist

The role of a Wellsite Drilling Expert involves delivering high-quality directional drilling services while promoting a positive work culture. This position requires planning, executing, and managing all phases of a directional drilling job to meet client expectations and industry standards.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients and other drilling crew members at the wellsite, while also being responsible for training and developing subordinate team members during on-site assignments.
Main Responsibilities:- Execute directional drilling services with precision and efficiency
- Prepare detailed field deliverables to ensure accurate data recording
- Lead directional drilling jobs with expertise and confidence
- Mobilize equipment and personnel for pre-job planning and execution
- Develop advanced well-planning techniques using specialized software tools
- Document incident/accident events accurately and submit reports in a timely manner
- Assist clients in resolving drilling-related issues effectively
- Degree in engineering or technology from a reputable institution
- Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in similar positions or relevant roles
