Social Media Manager Job Description

Gracelands is a leading real estate developer in Central India, specializing in residential and commercial plotted developments across prime locations. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and support our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with marketing goals.
  • Craft and execute engaging campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Curate, edit, and publish compelling static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and storytelling.
  • Write informative ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers).
  • Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or other photo/video editing tools.
  • Collaborate with external photographers/videographers when required.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest optimizations.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.
  • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers around the company's projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who is well-versed in industry trends and research-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role). Don't worry if you're not confident yet, you'll get to learn.
  • Strong sense of Instagram engagement and crafting witty comments to boost organic reach on industry-related posts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
