Our Machine Shop Team is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join us in Hosur, India.

This role involves leading the maintenance of machine shop equipment, with a focus on crank shaft / cam shaft/Gear machining / precision machining. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grinding machine, Turning center, Machining center (HMC/VMC), Induction Hardening, Gantry Maintenance.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Experience in CNC & PLC maintenance, able to do the PLC & HMI programming.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control system for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center.
  • Understanding of CNC parameter and will be update in the system.
  • Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE.
  • Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various critical machines.
  • Good vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC card, drive, PCBs
  • Familiar with Gantry maintenance.
  • Experience about Induction hardening, heat treatment process.
  • Electrical drawing need to understand and configuration of two software/hardware
  • Good knowledge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, power supply drives etc.
