Lead Cloud Infrastructure Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our HCL Cloud Product team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and related fields, with experience in containerized environments, hosting applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of networking principles and protocols, such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, and Cloud CDN.
AWS services include EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management, and IAM.
For Azure, we require advanced knowledge of Compute Instances, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, VNet, Subnets, NSG/ASG, IAM, Azure RBAC, SSL, Traffic Manager, Azure DNS, and Load balancers.
In GCP, we need hands-on knowledge of Compute, Cloud Storage, GCP IAM, SSL Certs.
Candidates must have strong notions of security best practices, including using IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.
Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef), Unix/Linux, Windows basic administration is required.
Hands-on Knowledge on Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate IT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
