Memory Circuit Design Verification Specialist

This role involves spearheading the verification effort for complex memory products. As a senior verification lead, you will oversee the development of test cases and stimulus to achieve high functional coverage across various DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
Key responsibilities include guiding the verification team, providing expert-level support for design projects through simulation, analysis, and debugging, and contributing to the creation of verification methodologies and environments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and guide junior engineers, and have in-depth knowledge of CMOS and gate level circuit designs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative verification strategies.
- Develop and maintain complex test benches and test vectors using simulation tools.
- Collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification flows.
Required skills include proficiency in SPICE and/or Verilog simulations, good analytical capabilities, and strong problem-solving skills.

What You'll Need To Succeed:- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in verification engineering.
