Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, fostering open communication and transparency.
  • Design and implement lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, driving efficiency and security enhancements.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems, expanding the platform's capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices, applying innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Identity-IGA domain, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including security and compliance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, enabling efficient development and implementation.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, driving scalability and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Saviynt certification(s) preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the platform.
