Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

  • Responsibilities include implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.
  • Collaboration with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will also support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID is required.
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics, such as access logs and entitlement reviews, is also necessary.
  • A strong understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management is crucial.
  • Additionally, knowledge of managing RBAC models and identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust, is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management, is desirable.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations is also beneficial.
  • Scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell and Python, would be an asset.
